Sunny greetings from Kenya! As in Kenya (and especially on the coast) is lack of spine professionals I would like to as regarding of my MRI results which really worries me. It says: Cervical muscle spasm C2/3 and C4/5 postero-central annulus bulges indenting anterior thecal sac. Discs are dessicated I have had MRI also one year ago, which that time said: Flattering of normal cervical curve noted suggestive of muscle spasm Left C4/5 paracentral posterior disc herniation noted compressing anterior thecal sac and related left exit nerve root So I guess my spine is getting worse?
