Hormone therapy question

I just had a lump/SNB on the 13th. The final pathology isn't in yet, but snb was clear on 3 nodes. I am ER/PR+ and HER2NEU-. the bx path report was a T1a at least. Tamoxifen is not a choice due to liver toxicity and I have liver disease. Also my uterus has atypical cells. The onco's are talking about ooph and then AI therapy after radiation. I am not sure I can handle the AI's either. I am concerned about the lack of data on the AI's and my weakened state. Then again, I want to make sure my cancer is gone for good.
